Pricing

Build it once. Then pay for usage — not seats.

You pay for the build — scoped up front and led by an AI product developer — then simple consumption costs for the infrastructure it runs on. No per-seat licenses, ever.

Old way vs new way
The old way · per seat

You paid per seat, not for value

You got features you never used — and others that didn't quite fit your situation. Often you bought over-engineered software, complex to learn, with far more functionality than you'd ever touch. And every add-on padded the monthly subscription, whether anyone used it or not.

The new way · built for you

Build exactly what you need

We build quickly, designing a solution for your specific situation and bringing the full range of AI — document management, image generation, voice, video, complex data manipulation. Just the features you need, with a simple interface. You only pay for consumption: the size of your database and your usage of the large language models.

How we work

The AI builds. We steer.

The old way meant weeks of meetings before a line of code — a designer mocking up screens, iterating in Figma, walkthroughs, market research, customer interviews, then doing it all again. We don't work that way. AI generates the brand, the interface, and the functionality; our developer directs and quality-checks it; and your team reacts in real time as it takes shape. We get a working product into the market fast, then pivot from there — instead of trying to predict everything up front.

Stage 1 · Solution design — full-time

AI designs, you react

On-site with your domain expert, the AI produces a brand style guide, live mockups, a working HTML walkthrough, a PRD, a data schema, and the architecture — refined in real time, no Figma ping-pong.

Stage 2 · Build — half-time

AI builds the product

The approved design becomes a working product — roughly three times the design window — with our developer overseeing quality and steering the AI.

Stage 3 · Beta & tune — half-time

Get it commercial-ready

Real users, real data, real tuning. This is where the finicky AI and integration work gets dialed in — then you own the result.

Scope

How big is your build?

Size is set by how much there is to design and build. We quote to a working beta — the version that goes to market. Tuning to commercial-ready and consumption run on top.

Small
~1 wk solution design · 3 wk build
One clear workflow · 1 developer
  • Little or no legacy integration
  • Straightforward AI (summarize, draft, classify)
  • ~4 weeks to a working beta
From ~$9K
≈$15K to commercial-ready
Medium
~2 wk solution design · 6 wk build
A few workflows · 1–2 developers
  • One or two integrations
  • AI that analyzes, recommends, generates docs
  • ~8 weeks to a working beta
From ~$22K
≈$35K to commercial-ready
Large
~3 wk solution design · 9 wk build
A platform · small team
  • Several integrations, messy legacy data
  • Complex/finicky AI (image, voice, video, agents)
  • ~12 weeks to a working beta
From ~$50K
≈$80K to commercial-ready

Choose the level of firepower.

Every build is led by a forward-deployed AI product developer overseeing the AI. Pick the tier that fits the stakes — the bigger the bet, the more senior the hand on the wheel.

Estimating

Why some builds need more tuning.

An estimate is a range, not a fixed number — because two things are genuinely hard to predict until we're in it. That's exactly what the solution-design stage is for: to surface them early.

AI generation complexity

Some AI is finicky

A text summary is quick. But generating images, voice, video, or reliable documents and emails often takes many passes to get right — brand-perfect visuals and dependable document output are where the tuning time goes.

Integration complexity

Legacy data is the usual unknown

Older systems may have no API or MCP, awkward or partial exports, or access restrictions — so getting clean data out of a legacy system can take longer than building the feature that uses it.

After launch

Keep building — we've got your back.

You own the software, so you can keep building it in-house. When you want a check, bring us in — we help you stay a confident, capable builder rather than a dependent client.

You own it

Keep going on your own

The codebase, data, and IP are yours. Add features and iterate with your own team whenever you like.

Code audits

Catch the AI slop

A senior developer spins up your codebase, reviews what's been built, and flags drift, dead ends, and AI slop before it compounds.

Security audits

Stay safe as you grow

We review your database and app for security gaps and bad patterns, and leave you with a clear list to keep things on track.

Available as periodic reviews or an ongoing maintenance retainer — your call.

Then it runs

Simple consumption costs — never per seat.

Once it's built, your solution runs on modern, usage-based infrastructure — built on AWS and Google Cloud, with AI services like Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT. You pay for what it consumes, not for how many people you employ.
