Who Are Our Clients?
We currently have over 400 active accounts. They range in scope from ENMAX, Enbridge, Alberta Red Cross and SAIT to Vertigo Mystery Theatre, Nordern Autohaus and Therapy Vineyards. Our clients do not fit a specific pattern or vertical market – they literally are any business that wants to communicate effectively on the Internet.
How Do We Find New Customers?
The majority of our clients come to us via referral. We often get referrals from our existing clients as well as our partners like Shop To It Inc. - Canada's Largest Shopping Search Network. The balance of our clients find us on the web and request information. There is very little cold-calling, however, 80% of a sales person's time is spent on the phone with clients.
