Internet Assistant Job Description

A Project Management and Customer Support based position, the ClickSpace Interactive Internet Assistants are responsible for ensuring our clients web-based projects get done to our mutual satisfaction, on time, and with a high degree of communication and professionalism. A salary plus bonus position reporting directly to the Partners, the Internet Assistants liaise on a daily basis with the ClickSpace Sales Team, the ClickSpace Web Services Team and most importantly, the customer. Also, the Internet Assistants help our clients with their questions about DriveIt, our web-based software application.

• Be Internet savvy
• Be highly organized
• Be detail orientated
• Posses great oral communication skills
• Have excellent writing capabilities
• Be empathetic
• Be patient
• Be an excellent team player

Beneficial Skills (but not required!):

• Adobe Photoshop skills
• Working knowledge of HTML
• Experience in Customer Support
• Experience creating websites
• Search Engine Optimization experience
