Website Support Representative Job Description

A Customer Support based position, the ClickSpace website support rep is responsible for ensuring our clients web-based projects get done to our mutual satisfaction, on time, and with a high degree of communication and professionalism. A salary position reporting directly to the Project Manager, the  website support reps liaise on a daily basis with the ClickSpace Sales Team and most importantly, the customer.  These individuals will be trained working with the Drupal system and should be comfortable working with HTML & CSS.  A typical day will involve training clients, loading content, optimizing websites and assisting with the implementation of new web projects.

Beneficial Skills (but not required!):

• Adobe Photoshop skills
• Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
