	I have over 14,000 contacts in a mailing list, but when I go to send my message, the delivery options page shows I am sending to 10,000.  Why is there a discrepancy in the numbers?
		There may be a total of 14,000 contacts in your mailing list, however, part of that 14,000 are the 'permanently unsubscribed' contacts, as well as contacts with three or more failures (or bouncebacks) associated with their email address. These contacts are ommited in the send.    If you want to know the breakdown of the 4000 contacts that are not being sent the message, you can do an Advanced Search for: permanenlty unsubscribes emails failed greater than "2"
