Software Support Analyst
Our software support analyst position requires an individual who has a passion for customer service. If you love to assist customers via phone to provide technical assistance, then this is your ideal position. You will also be involved in a variety of roles from providing first level support to clients, to creating monthly newsletters and conducting training.

Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Position: Full-Time / Permanent
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide first line technical support to customers
- Follow up with customer enquiries
- Train clients on how to use our software
- Keep up to date with new functionality to our software
- Write a Feature Release Newsletter that describes the new functionality added to software
- Track support issues and communicate issues with the development team
- Implement new business processes as required to streamline existing procedures
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- Certificate in either Business or IT field
- Previous Helpdesk Experience
- Knowledge of HTML
Required tools experience:
- Microsoft Office 2000
- Outlook
Key non-technical skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects with varying priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to use a systematic approach in solving problems through gathering and analyzing available information
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic team
